By accessing or using our website, applications, products, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Services Offered
GoGecko provides a technology platform enabling scheduling and coordination of elder care and home care services.
Services include:

- • Support & issue resolution
- • Payment facilitation & invoicing
- • Client-caregiver communication support
Conditions of Use
- • Users must be at least 18 years old.
- • Accurate personal and payment information must be maintained.
- • Account credentials must remain confidential.
- • Users must provide valid identity and service-related documents.
Scope of Caregiver Services
Service providers may assist with bathing, companionship, medication assistance (as instructed), and basic wellness monitoring.
Service providers are NOT responsible for:
- • Household chores
- • Grocery or medicine purchases
- • Cooking or kitchen work
- • Laundry or family member assistance
Payment Terms
Payments must be made in advance through official GoGecko payment channels only.
Charges may include caregiver fees, platform fees, taxes, and cancellation charges.
Payments are generally non-refundable unless specifically permitted under our refund policy.
Disclaimer
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
GoGecko does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or risk-free services.
Care providers are independent third parties, and GoGecko acts solely as a facilitator.
Limitation of Liability
GoGecko shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services.
Total liability shall not exceed ₹10,000 or the legally permissible limit.
Privacy Policy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process personal information solely for service delivery, support, communication, and compliance purposes.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation, followed by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
